Scrap the Boys – November Challenge

Happy November 1! This is a big month in our lives as our little boy turns 1! I can’t believe a year has flown by. I always say it’s the longest shortest year of our life.

Today begins the start of a NEW Scrap The Boys challenge. The November challenge is a scrapbook sketch. I love using sketches when I feel in a rut. Feel free to follow along through the website or Facebook Group.

This month I created a layout using photos of my son (obviously) when he got his new shoes! These are the first pair of shoes that he has worn. We usually keep him barefoot. I used the Echo Park collection, All Boy.

This sketch really brings a lot of liberty (as does most sketches). I went with a horizontal display of photos vs the vertical shown on the sketch. I added three photos vs two. So you see you can really take a sketch and make it your own. Being inspired by pieces of it.

Thank you so much for stopping today! I hope you check out the Scrap the Boys November Challenge and play along! Can’t wait to see your layout!
