Sometimes when things stress me out, I retreat to my craft room and color. And that is what I did recently. I’m still new to coloring people, so I like to practice on my Ink Road Stamps – INKED Subscription. These girls are so adorable and easy to color. A great place to practice.
For this card I first started with stamping the June INKED girl on a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Using a mix of colored pencils and water colors, I found therapy in coloring this sweet girl in.
I decided to turn it into a card when I saw the quote that is also included on the ink set. I wanted to relate the quote more with the stamped image, so I free hand drew a swirl off the “e”.
